ICCU Passionate Care Agency Limited is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and clinically competent Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare agency team. The successful candidates will deliver high-quality, client-centred nursing care across our care homes or clients' homes, ensuring compliance with professional standards and healthcare protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for clients.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications/treatments as prescribed, and document clinical notes accurately.
- Respond promptly and calmly to medical emergencies and client distress calls, and direct them accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and other multidisciplinary team members.
- Educate clients and their families on post-treatment care, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Ensure proper infection control practices and maintain a safe, clean home environment.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.Sc.) or Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) certification from a recognized institution.
- Licensure: Valid and current practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of clinical experience in a recognized hospital or clinical setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, empathy, critical thinking, and the ability to work shifts under pressure.

Home Care Supervisors
Part-time positions available
ICCU Passionate Care Agency Limited is seeking compassionate, organized, and experienced Home Care Supervisors to oversee our team of in-home caregivers, nurses, and support aides within Ayamelum and Nnewi areas. The ideal candidates will ensure that clients receive exceptional, high-quality, and personalized care in private residences, while managing caregiver schedules and maintaining compliance with agency care standards.
- Staff Supervision: Manage, mentor, and evaluate home care nurses, aides and field staff.
- Care Plan Execution: Monitor client care plans and ensure they are properly executed by caregivers.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine home visits and quality checks to assess client satisfaction and care delivery.
- Scheduling: Coordinate daily rosters, replacements, and shift assignments for 24/7 or hourly care services.
- Incident Reporting: Address client concerns, resolve field issues, and report maintenance, medical, or safety needs immediately.
- Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between families, clients, and the management team.
- Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or BSc in Nursing, Health Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in a healthcare, nursing home, or home-care supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, crisis management, and empathy.
- Location Access: Must reside in or be ready to work within the designated areas (Ayamelum and Nnewi).
